| What is a DID?

| DID is an acronym for Direct Inward Dialing and is an access number that is assigned by the telephone provider. When you buy a plan with us, you will get a DID.You will find it in the PBX management menu. |

| What is the cost of an ATA ? |

| What is a Softphone? |
| • It is a software that simulates a telephone on your computer allowing you to make calls using the computer. |

| Why do I need an ATA if I can have a softphone? |
An ATA does not need a computer to operate, a Softphone does.
• An ATA works like a regular phone, just pickup the phone and dial. A Softphone needs a computer to operate.
• An ATA receives calls like a regular phone. It rings, you pick up the handset and talk.
The cost of an ATA will be paid in a few months. For instance, the rate to receive calls is 2 cents per minute. That is, you will only need 1900 minutes to pay the cost of the ATA ( $38). If you are talking an average of 500 minutes per month, you will save the cost of 4100 minutes a year (6000 - 1900) , which is $82 per year. Besides you will save even more in all domestic and international calls using our low rates and free calls to any MyTunu member.

| Does MyTunu recommend an ATA? |
| • MyTunu has developed its own plug and play device which delivers all the features published. You just need to connect it to the internet access, connect it to the power line, Connect a phone, power it up, wait 60 seconds and you can make and receive calls. Please see ATA prices |

| Can I use my own ATA? |
• MyTunu works based on SIP standards, so you can use any sip device that comply with our specifications. Please see the list of required specs and the list of devices already tested.

| What type of internet connection do I need? |
| • A regular broadband connection will work for 1 or 2 simultaneous calls. If you have several users you will need a faster internet connection. |

| Can I make international long distance calls? |

• Sure , you can call from 2 cents a minute domestically and many international destinations.

| • You need to have an ATA or a Softphone (Free). |

| How many simultaneous calls does the phone system support? |
| • MyTunu will allow one simultaneous call per extension. If you purchase 10 extensions, MyTunu will allow 10 simultaneous calls. |

| Can I request a 1800 number? |
| • Yes, you can have a 1800 number. It will have an extra charge of 2 cents per inbound minute. |

| Can I request a vanity number? |
| • A vanity number is a toll free number with specific digits. MyTunu will check if the number is available ,and if not , it will recommend an alternative one. |
