How Do I Register?
You can register directly from the "Sign In" Button or by selecting the service you wish to purchase. Once you are registered, you will be issued your Mytunu Number, where all your friends and family can call you from many countries. To receive calls on a different number or call any destination, please add credit to your Pay As You Go account or enroll in one of our monthly plans.

How Can I Receive Free Calls from Friends and Family?
Your friends and family need to dial the Mytunu Access Number in the country where they are located (see list). The system will prompt them to enter your Mytunu Number. You will receive the call on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android phone, or PC.

How Do I Receive Calls if I Do Not Have a Smartphone or PC?
In the Control Panel, configure the Follow Me feature for your Mytunu Number in order to receive calls from any phone.
1. Login with your username and password.
2. Select Control Panel / Mytunu Number or Control Panel / My Settings / Configure Mytunu number.
3. Mytunu will try to receive the call in the softphone, if the softphone is not available, it will try to receive it in the phone number in priority 2 and then in the phone number in priority 3. The calls received by the phone numbers in priority 2 and 3 will have a cost. For example, if you do not have Internet or Softphone and want to receive phone calls at 315 123 4567 in Colombia, you must enter 573151234567 in priority 2.

Can I Make Calls From A Landline or Cell Phone?
Mytunu lets you make calls from mobile phones or land lines from many countries (see list). You do not, however, need to have an internet connection or a smartphone to use Mytunu. You only need to use PIN FREE and register the numbers from which you will be calling.

How Do I Place A Call if I Don't Have An Internet Connection?
YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE INTERNET OR SMARTPHONE to use Mytunu. You only need to use PIN Free and register the numbers from which you will be calling.

How Do I Use PIN Free?
You do not need to have an internet connection or a smartphone to use Mytunu. You only need to use PIN Free and register the numbers from which you will be calling (upto three numbers).
1. Please login with your username and password.
2. Select My Settings / Configure My Pin Free.
3. Click on "Register New Phone Number". If you have already registered three phone numbers this button will not appear and you will have to delete one to register a new one.
4. Select the country, the country code will appear. For instance, if you want to register the phone number in the US +1 305 3334444. Please select US and the +1 code will appear.
5. Fill the area code and Phone number Fields. In this case 305 and 3334444
6. Click on register

How Do I Make Calls Using PIN Free?
1. Identify your local access number:

3. Call from any of your registered phones
4. Dial the number you wish to reach: Country code + City Code + Number

Why is it Necessary to Have A Balance?
Mytunu lets you make FREE calls to Mytunu users and receive up to 100 FREE minutes a month on your softphone (Android, iPhone, PC) from any of the Mytunu access numbers in many countries. It is necessary to have balance or subscribe to a monthly plan in the following cases:
To receive calls (from the Mytunu access numbers in many countries) on your softphone over 100 minutes a month
To receive calls on a different number other than the Mytunu number (Setting the follow-me option)
To make calls to anywhere in the world.
To make and receive calls using SIP accounts.

How Do I Prevent My Service from Being Suspended?
Mytunu offers auto-payments. That is, your credit card will be charged on the amount you authorize if your balance falls below $ 5.
An email notification will be sent to you with the payment status. This can be configured when you make a payment with a credit card.
From the control panel go to My Reports/ Payments / Add Balance / Payment with Credit card

How Do I Activate SIP Accounts?
Due to the constant fraud using this service we are forced to activate it manually.

How Do I Set Up A SIP Account?
1. Login to Mytunu with your username and password.
2. Select My Settings / Configure My SIP Accounts.
3. Select "Register" to register a new account." The system will display the SIP account's user name and password and you must enter the password.
4. Select "Enter".
Click on "View" to verify the SIP parameters that must be entered in your ATA or SIP client.

How Much Does it Cost to Use Mytunu From A SIP Account?
To Make or receive calls from a SIP account will cost an additional U$0.5 cents per minute and it will follow the Mytunu Fair Usage Policy.
For instance, every minute dialed from a SIP account to the US will have an extra charge of U$0.5 cents per minute even if you selected an Unlimited US plan

When Can I Start Making Calls From A SIP Account?
You can start making calls immediately after the SIP account is created.
All calls will be charged according to your current plan and they will have an extra charge of 0.5 U$ cents per minute.

How Do I Make A Call from a SIP Account?
To make calls from a SIP account use the format country code + city code + number

How Do I Receive Calls on Mytunu Number Using A SIP Account?
If you have not created the SIP account please create one.
Mytunu allows you to have three "follow me" options for your Mytunu Number.

The first option is always your softphone, the second and third options can be sip accounts or phone numbers anywhere in the world.

You can do this by:

1. Login to Mytunu with your username and password.
2. Go to My Settings/ Configure my Mytunu Number.
3. From the Drop Down List on the column "Country-Sip" select the sip account.
4. Click on Update Configuration
Every time someone calls you on your Mytunu Number, the system will try to send the call to your softphone and if it is not available, it will send the call to the second and then the third option. In this case the second option will be the SIP account.

How Do I Configure My Virtual Numbers On My Cell Phone?
Mytunu allows you to have three "follow me" options for every virtual number. Each option can be configured to receive the calls on a sip account or any phone number in the world.

You can do this by:

1. Login into Mytunu with your username and password.
2. Go to My Virtual Numbers
3. Click on the number you want to configure. An orange asterisk to the right of the number means that this number has not been configured yet.
4. From the Drop Down List on the column "Country-Sip" select the country or the sip account where you want to receive the call. For instance, if you want to receive the call in Mexico in the cell phone +52 1 999 1234567, please select Mexico and the country code (+52) will appear
5. On the text box under "phone number" enter the phone number without country code where you want to receive the call. In this case 1 999 1234567
6. Click on Update Configuration
In this case, every time someone calls you on your Mytunu Number, the system will try to send the call to your softphone ( Android, Iphone or PC) and if it is not available, it will send the call to the second and then the third option. In this case the second option will be the phone number in Mexico. It is necessary to have balance to complete the call in Mexico

What is the Difference Between A Standard and A Premium Virtual Number?
The only difference is that the standard one includes a 4-digit extension and you may hear a short advertisement during the call.
Premium Virtual Numbers are unique (no extension) and not advertising is played.
For instance, a Standard virtual number in Mexico Standard would be +52 3 1110000 ext 1234.
A Premium Virtual Number in Mexico would be 52 3 1110001.

Can I Use Pin Free if I Am Not Calling from a Registered Phone?
Yes. With this service you also get a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that lets you use the service
when traveling, either within USA or internationally.
To get your PIN please login into Mytunu and go to My Setting / My Profile

Does My Balance Have An Expiration date?
Yes, the balances has to be used within a year of the last purchase.

Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
No, you can cancel any time.

I Have A Monthly Plan, But I Can't Make Calls to Some Destinations.
Please verify that the destination you are calling is included in the plan. If it is not you need to add balance
